COVID-19: Support and delivery is maintained

As the corona virus continues to spread around the globe, the health and safety of our employees, partners and customers remains our top priority. We do our best to contribute to the global efforts of slowing down the spread of the virus. At the same time, we endeavor to maintain the support and  the delivery to our customers.

In order to do so, the vast majority of employees have been working from home since the 17th of March. Meetings and conferences are now held online, and thanks to the flexibility and commitment of our staff, this type of cooperation works smoothly. All Jauch contacts are available by mail or phone, so we can still offer our high service levels to all customers.

Our logistics center at our HQ in Germany also remains fully operational. To ensure the safety and health of our employees on site, we are working in shifts. Additional precautionary and hygiene measures have also been taken.

We are working hard to ensure the supply of quartz crystals, oscillators, batteries & other critical components, therefore we are in close contact with our production facilities in the Asian region. However, as the situation is fluid and can change rapidly, we have compiled current information on the delivery situation, that is updated regularly.
