JT21G is a temperature compensated high stability oscillator with a frequency stability as tight as ± 0.5 ppm.
It is especially offered in the two most common frequencies of 26.0MHz and 38.4MHz and is available in two temperature ranges -30°C ~ +85°C and -40°C ~+85°C. The available supply voltages are ranging from 1.8V to 3.3V.
Due to the high frequency stability of ± 0.5 ppm the JT21G TCXO meets the special requirements that apply to navigation systems like GPS or GNSS, such as a low temperature hysteresis and a strictly limited temperature slope.
Due to its clipped sine output and its low power design, this TCXO offers a very low power consumption and is particularly suitable for compact handheld and mobile applications.
