JT21G is a temperature compensated high stability oscillator with a frequency stability as tight as ± 0.5 ppm.

The standard frequency of this TCXO is 26.0MHz, and it is available in two temperature ranges -30°C ~ +85°C and
-40°C ~+85°C. The available supply voltages are ranging from 1.8V to 3.3V.

Due to the high frequency stability of ± 0.5 ppm the JT21G TCXO meets the special requirements that apply to navigation systems like GPS or GNSS, such as a low temperature hysteresis and a strictly limited temperature slope.

Due to its clipped sine output and its low power design, this TCXO offers a very low power consumption and is particularly suitable for compact handheld and mobile applications.

In addition, JT21GE offers an E/D function to disable the TCXO and switch the output to high impedance.

Key features of the JT21G and JT21GE:

  • Especially suitable for navigation systems (GPS, GNSS etc)
  • Low hysteresis of 0.6 ppm max.
  • Gradient 0.1 ppm/°C max. at temperature step of 2°C
  • Miniature package 2.0mm x 1.6mm x 0.7mm
  • Frequency stability ± 0.5 ppm in -30°C ~ +85°C or -40°C ~ +85°C
  • Standard frequencies 26.0 MHz & 38.40 MHz (please ask for availability of other frequencies)
  • Supply voltages 1.8 / 2.5 / 2.8 / 3.0 / 3.3 V
  • JT21GE with Enable/Disable function, the output can be switched to "High Impedance”
  • Current consumption 2 mA in operation, 5.5 µA when disabled (JT21GE only)
