TCXO Precision HCMOS

The most important feature of the JTP75HC and JTP53HC precision temperature compensated crystal oscillators (TCXOs) are their very tight frequency stability, down to ±50ppb at operating temperatures up to 105°C. The  3.3V TCXOs offer an HCMOS output in a 7050 / 5032 package. Therefore, these TCXOs are particularly suitable for 5G technologies including IoT, Small Cells, Gigabit Ethernet, Test & Measurement and other Wireless applications.
