Developed for high-performance computing applications: the JOH32

In the course of digitalization, companies are increasingly focusing on high computing and processing power. For this reason, requirements are placed on fast and error-free data transmission between devices and systems. In this context, phase noise has a significant influence on the error rate of high-frequency communication systems. The lower the phase noise, the more stable the output signal.

Therefore, the Jauch Quartz GmbH introduces a quartz oscillator that meets the requirements of this field: the JOH32. The oscillator with a differential HCSL output convinces with very low jitter values. In addition, the JOH32 is available in two versions, a standard version and an IP version. IP stands for "Improved Phase Noise" and means additional low phase noise.

The crystal oscillator is available in frequencies from 13.50 to 160 MHz and supply voltage from 1.5 to 3.3 volts. The ultra-compact package dimension of 3.2 x 2.5 x 0.95 mm allows integration on almost any circuit.

This makes the JOH32 suitable for use in data centers or high-performance computing. These areas rely on accelerators because of their high level of data exchange. The oscillator is compliant with PCIe5 as well as previous PCIe generations. In addition, the very low power consumption makes it easy to implement as a highly efficient solution for servers, switches and storage devices.

The JOH32 is 100 percent lead-free and REACH and RoHS compliant. There are also no conflict materials used in production.
